Hissa Amad (Income)

If a Musi owns immovable property, such as a house that has been rented out, must they pay Hissa Amad on the rental income?

Yes. Where any income accrues from a Musi’s property, Hissa Amad is payable on that income at the rate of Chanda Am, i.e., 1/16.
