إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
We understand this is a difficult time. This guide is here to help your family navigate the process with clarity and support.
Notify Your Local Wasiyyat Secretary
Immediately inform your local Jama'at Wasiyyat Secretary of the passing. They will guide you through the next steps and coordinate with the National Wasaya Department on your behalf.
Gather Required Documentation
Collect the necessary documents including the original Wasiyyat certificate, property declarations, and any relevant financial records. Your local secretary will provide a checklist of all required items.
Bahishti Maqbarah Process
The National Wasaya Department will coordinate the burial arrangements in Bahishti Maqbarah (the Heavenly Graveyard). The department will confirm eligibility and guide you through the logistics of burial at an approved Bahishti Maqbarah location.
Financial Settlement
The final financial obligations of the deceased Musi are settled according to the Wasiyyat rules. This includes the property contribution portion as specified in the original Wasiyyat commitment. The department will work with the family to complete the settlement process.
